C’est la consommation d’électricité (en Kwh) annuelle par habitant en Islande, en 2004. Il s’agit du pays le plus grand consommateur au monde. Le trio de « tête » est complété par la Norvège avec 24 645 Kwh/habitant/an et la Finlande avec 16 780 Kwh/habitant/an. A l’inverse, un Haïtien consomme annuellement 30Kwh, soit 940 fois mois qu’un Islandais ! Et en France, c’est 7899 Kwh/habitant/an, soit tout de même 263 fois plus qu’en Ethiopie !
